The Silver Threads Seniors Club will be holding an Open House on Thursday, September 8 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.  Refreshments will be served and everyone 50 years and older are welcome to come in and see all of the activities that we offer at the club!

Many of you may think that you are not old enough to join a seniors club, but I assure you that it is a good place in our community to meet people, socialize, play games, exercise three times a week, and enjoy the calmness of Yoga.  The club offers many card games, bingo every Tuesday, and many activities like Tole Painting and acrylic and water colour painting.  Sewing, quilting and Swedish Weaving give you a chance to get together with talented people.  Line Dancing gets your groove on and we have dinner/dances, teas, and many seminars.

Yes, Yes, Yes! there is a seniors club in Petawawa and it was established in 1973 and we are incorporated and we have a fabulous building to serve the community.  Come in and check us out, even if you are not a 50+ person. See what we have to offer. Everyone welcome.
