PMFRC Halloween Party - spooky fun for kids

The Petawawa Military Family Resource Centre (PMFRC) is usually a warm, safe welcoming place for children to visit, except for one night a year. On Halloween, the South Side Community Centre transforms into a terrifying place where ghosts, goblins and evil mermaids rule. At their own risk, youngsters were invited to participate in some of the ghoulish activities, and trick or treat to their heart’s content.
