Cabin Fever kicks off this weekend and as part of it, we are holding a breakfast to help you start your day. Join us on Sunday, Jan. 21 from 9:30 a.m.-1 p.m. for bacon or sausage and eggs, beans, home fries, toast, juice and tea/coffee. We do pancakes and omelettes, too. As it is being held in the main hall, people with mobility problems will not have an issue. We are accessible.

Also on Sunday is our General Meeting starting at 3 p.m. Members are asked to attend as we are making some donations and need some special-use forms passed.

oking ahead to next weekend we have a dance in the upstairs hall on Saturday, Jan. 27 from 8 p.m. to midnight. Landry and Madill will be playing for your entertainment and there will be spot dances and a late snack. Open to all.

Also next weekend on Sunday, Jan. 28 we are holding a full Roast Beef Dinner from 4:30-6 p.m. Yorkshire pudding, mashed potatoes, veggies, salad and dessert. Open to all so bring the family.

The Catch the Ace pot is growing steadily and is now over seven grand. Stop in at the branch during regular hours and buy your ticket for the week. If your ticket gets drawn, the envelope you picked could be the ace of spades, but even if you don’t pick the envelope with the ace in it, you can still win the consolation prize. Last week was $300.

Fish and chips Fridays continue every week from 5-6:30 p.m. Wings, chicken strips or fish with fries and/or onion rings. Half sizes available, and take out too.

Remember we also have soup and sandwich Wednesdays from 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m. Different soup every week and two types of sandwiches.
