Crisis Responder Opportunities. Victim Services of Renfrew County is currently looking for Crisis Response Volunteers. Victim Services is a non-profit, volunteer based agency that assists police and fire services in providing emotional support and practical assistance to people who have experienced a crime, tragic life event or disaster.
