News from the Petawawa Legion

On Friday, February 15 is a Valentine’s dance from 7-11 p.m. with DJ VSM Entertainment. There will be video to go with the music and is will be a fun evening to enjoy with your sweetheart or your friends. Everyone age of majority is welcome to attend, so come out for your supper of fish and chips from 4:30-6 p.m. and stay for the evening.

We will be closed on Monday, February 18 for Family Day.

Our Youth Public Speaking is taking place on Sunday, February 17 at noon. The topics are always interesting and informative. Lots of practice and time goes into getting these speeches just right. Everyone is welcome to join us to support these hard working youth.

Catch the Ace is drawn every Friday at 6 p.m. Tickets can be bought at the bar during regular hours. You can alsp pick up your ticket when you come in for our Friday fish and chips from 4:30-6 p.m. as they are sold upstairs during that time.

On Sunday, February 24 we will be holding a full roast beef dinner from 4:30-6 p.m. Dinner also includes salad and dessert and tea/coffee. Reduced price for kids so bring the family as the meal is open to everyone.

Soup and sandwich Wednesdays continue weekly from 11:30-1 p.m. Different soup every week with egg and a different meat sandwich weekly. Drop in and enjoy a nice hot lunch. Everyone is welcome.
