SISIP presents Customer Excellence Awards

The Petawawa Branch of SISIP Financial saw two of its staff members receive a Customer Excellence Award. Clients who received a “WOW” moment - a moment of exceptional quality of service from an employee - were encouraged to submit their experience online. From those nominations, Financial Counsellor Bonnie Bloedow and Financial Planner Jeremy Bertrand were chosen. They received a certificate on Jan. 20. Both award recipients have gone above and beyond client expectations, helping people achieve their financial goals despite the hurdles before them.
