Poutine Feast is Ontario’s largest touring food festival dedicated to the quintessential Canadian food: poutine. This festival made Petawawa its first stop during its fourth touring year. From April 21 to 24, residents descended on the Petawawa Civic Centre with hearty appetites. While there was always the option to stick to the classic cheese curds, gravy, and fry combo, these award-winning food trucks sold all sorts of flavours, including corn dog poutine, popcorn chicken poutine, Halifax donair poutine, and Thanksgiving feast poutine. Vendors, face painters and games were also on location and made it a weekend to remember.
